Who is responsible

MarXTech runs YugoCode and is responsible for your data. For anything about your data, write to Instagram @MarXTech.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a one-way code that can't be turned back into the password. If you add them: country, company name, VAT number, avatar and bio.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account number. We never see your Google password.
• What you post: ads with their photos, price, city and contact phone number; service posts; reviews and replies; and reports you send.
• Photos: hidden data in photos, such as GPS location and camera details, is removed before they're stored.
• Your watchlist and your settings.

What other people can see

• Your ads, service posts, reviews and seller profile (name or company name, avatar and bio) are public.
• Your phone number is shown only when a visitor clicks “Show phone number”; it isn't part of the page itself.
• Your email address is shown to buyers only if you allow it in Settings.

Statistics and protection against abuse

• We count how many people view ads and contact sellers, so sellers can see their statistics, and what people search for, so sellers can improve their ads. To count each person only once a day, we use a one-way code made from the network address and browser, mixed with a secret key. It can't be turned back into who you are and changes every day. Searches are counted without anything about who searched.
• To stop bots and password guessing, we count requests per network and per account in the same anonymous way. The network (IP) address and browser of each sign-in are stored with that sign-in session, for security.
• There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no outside analytics services.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers that this browser has signed in to your account before (so nobody can lock you out by guessing your password), and ones that remember your language and theme.

Who handles the data for us

• The site and its database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.); the database is stored in Western Europe. If you sign in with Google, Google (Google LLC) handles that sign-in.
• We don't sell your data and don't share it with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

Why we use it

• To provide the site and the account you asked for.
• To keep the site safe and prevent fraud, spam and abuse, which is in the interest of everyone who uses it.
• To show your email address to buyers, only if you choose to. You can change this in Settings at any time.

How long we keep it

• Your account and posts: until you delete them or your account.
• Daily view statistics: 400 days. Search counts: 90 days. The anonymous “already counted” codes: until the end of the day. Sign-in sessions: until they expire.
• When an administrator removes content that breaks the rules or bans an account, a short record of what was removed and why is kept, as the EU Digital Services Act expects.

Your rights

• You can see and change your details in your profile at any time, and delete your account with everything you posted under Settings → Delete account.
• You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to Instagram @MarXTech.
• If you live in the EU, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

YugoCode isn't meant for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
